The land is owned outright and debt free by Corte Velho Limited, which is comprised of a handful of private investors. Corte Velho is working closely with St Katherine Group to realise this opportunity.
Terry Williams
Terry started his career in computing in the early 1970’s where he founded Wilco International Ltd. He successfully built Wilco into a 1200 employee global business based in London, UK.
He founded St Katherine Group in 2010 after selling Wilco to ADP Inc.
Terry initially used his own capital to invest in real estate in and around London, before combining personal funds with investor capital to build, own and operate our student portfolio in Southampton, UK.
Terry is also Chairman and majority owner of Corte Velho Ltd, a property company with over 1 million sq ft of approved development rights in Eastern Algarve, Portugal.
Sunil Shah
Sunil has worked with Terry for over 25 years.
A qualified Chartered Accountant by training, Sunil held the position of Chief Operations Officer at Wilco Ltd.
At Wilco, he helped Terry build the company into a $100 million revenue multinational business prior to co-founding St Katherine Group in 2010.
At St Katherine, Sunil has been instrumental in structuring, designing and managing each of the group’s projects in the UK.
Sunil now manages all of our student portfolio under the brand of www.urba-life.co.uk.
Nick Williams
Nick joined the group in 2012.
Nick spent 20 years in finance as Managing Director of US and European convertible bonds for D.E.Shaw & Co / KBC Financial Products.
Nick has been instrumental in helping St Katherine Group, finance, structure and build its portfolio in the US and is spearheading the groups efforts in mixed-use, multi-family developments in downtown locations along mass transit lines leading out of Manhattan, NY.
Charlie Williams
Charlie joined the St Katherine team in February 2019
Charlie is a qualified Chartered Accountant who has been working in property development since 2015.
Charlie now supports Sunil in managing the UK student property portfolio and manages the UK residential property development projects.
